Many of these medicines have not used in the West, </p><p>and with streamlined production surplus of these products come to us in </p><p>Russia.</p><p> </p><p><br /></p><p>In the former Soviet Union there was a strong pharmaceutical industry, </p><p>which employed hundreds of thousands of top-notch pharmacists who have </p><p>international fame. During this period of development of our society has</p><p> been developed and introduced into medical practice of medicine <b>dimephosphone</b> - The brainchild of world famous Kazan School of Pharmacology.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Dimephosphone</b> - Dimethyl ether, </p><p>1,1-dimethyl-3-oksobutilfosfonovoy acid (see Fig.). It is synthesized in</p><p> the Institute of Organic and Physical Chemistry, Kazan Branch of the </p><p>USSR in 1952, and the study of its pharmacological properties was </p><p>started in the seventies of last century and continues to the present </p><p>time. A continuous method for producing dimephosphone-substance, </p><p>suitable for industrial development, designed in the sixties (Ar-Buzov </p><p>BA, AO Wiesel, 1966). May 30, 1983 Order № 654 dimephosphone allowed for</p><p> commercial release for therapeutic purposes (registration certificate №</p><p> 83/654/13). Since that time dimephosphone is available as a 15% aqueous</p><p> solution for oral and topical use of BGH, and from 1993 to FS </p><p>42-2966-93, as well as vials for injection and infusion solutions for </p><p>VFS 42-2270 -93.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><img src="http://www.ciklamen.org/images/pic02.jpg" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>In Fig.</b> Chemical formula dimephosphone</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Dimephosphone</b> - Is a colorless transparent or slightly opalescent</p><p> oily liquid with a peculiar odor and bitter taste, pH - 2.0 - 4.0. </p><p>Molecular weight - 208.2, density - 1.111 - 1.114.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Breadth of therapeutic action</b> This medication sometimes surprises</p><p> and attracts much attention of researchers. We have analyzed the </p><p>literature based on years of research primarily Kazan medical scientists</p><p> carried out under the guidance of Professor of Pharmacology KSMU IV </p><p>Zaikonnikovoy, IA Studentsovoy and a leading researcher IOPC them. </p><p>Arbuzov, RAS SA Wiesel (BA Arbuzov et al., 1965 - 1968; Zaikonnikova IV </p><p>et al., 1985 - 1987).
